Turn around time
Each order will need approximately two weeks for customisation and the approval process, and a further two weeks for printing. You should be ready to send out your invites approximately 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding. Please take this into account when ordering. If there is an urgent requirement for your invites, I will definitely try to hasten your order.
Design Changes
The designs for sale cannot be altered, as they are hand painted and scanned. I am happy to change fonts and packaging colours to suit your style, or your theme colours. WE can also discuss options for packaging including options for belly bands, ribbon or thread, or special additions for your suite.
Custom Designs

You can email me to start the discussion about costs and timing, and to start deciding what you want.
For custom designs I will need a bit longer than the normal turn-around time to create something special for you. The process will involve discussions with you regarding your wishes, and also time to review the design before arranging printing and collation. You should add an additional two weeks to the process. If you require an urgent customisation, please email me with your request and I will try and speed up the process.
Returns
Refunds can be given up until proofs are issued to the customer. Once printing has commenced, refunds cannot be given. For custom orders, refunds can only be given within 14 days of ordering.
Shipping to Australia.
All items are posted with Australia Post, unless a courier is requested.
The normal delivery time from the package has left our warehouse is:
- 1-2 working days to Brisbane
- 3 working days to other metro cities within Australia
- 6 working days to the remaining destinations
Please ensure you are able to receive your goods at the address you have specified.
You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address.
